Pay/Benefits/PTO is good - Culture sucks

Pros

The Pay, Benefits and Time-off were all great! The Compensation and Benefit Teams work really hard to be on-or-above par. I was able to work from home, as needed. This is definitely a department-by-department benefit though.

Cons

The culture sucks. My first manager was great and made us feel like wer part of the whole. When she left, the next manager treated us like cogs in the wheel. It didn't seem to matter who was in the seat. You could be bad at your job but if you sucked up, you were golden. I worked in a location that was mostly ignored - no Town Halls, no employee luncheons. I worked there for 3 years and didn't know more than 4 names in that location (out of ~60)
