      NYC Office location, smart co-workers, great long term M&A strategy, good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Highly political, mixed messages and expectations. Working environment out of the 1980s, run on a shoestring, very poor vacation policy

      Good salary, good benefits. There are some career opportunities. (Othewise, pretty average company).

      Cons

      Terribly managed company. They are completely out o touch from reality. Unreaalistic expectations regarding the market, regarding what is feasible and what is not.

      Pros

      You get to work with some bright people who value hard work. Some of the technical teams are easy to work with and it is easy to communicate your requirements and priorities.

      Cons

      No commitment to creating a corporate culture from the management. Pay not on par with industry standards. Short term focus and no attempt to creating a culture of learning and preserving organizational knowledge. Light years behind industry leaders in understanding and applying technology.
