      an onsight medical building, classes you can take at lunch

      Cons

      this is the worst company. its reverse discrimination there. They fire you with lies written up.

      Pros

      Broadridge had relatively good benefits, 401k and reasonable potential career opportunities.

      Cons

      To get anything done with Broadridge you really need to jump through a bunch of hoops. Wether it was to find the right person to answer your questions or to get approval to work on a specific project or account. Everything was a process. No matter how hard you worked the bonus plan was the same across the board. Meaning a hard worker would get the same % bonus as someone that put in mediocre work. Management did not understand the meaning of Work/Life Balance.
