      Pros

      Competitive salary & benefits, many great, hard working people, if you live on Long Island, great central location. Products are all financial services based so it can be intense, not for the faint of heart, but that is good because the people that are there are there to work. Good opportunities for advancement in MOST areas.

      Cons

      Very very very political. Did I mention it was political. In the Long Island based development team for example, people tend to try to fly under the radar because if you look at certain people the wrong way, you are done, and once you are on the list, there is NO getting off it. If you are looking to work there, if you have software development or related skills, do your homework first.

      Pros

      Pay well with annual increases and bonuses. Great co-workers that consistently do the right thing and get the job done.

      Cons

      Management communication is atrocious and they typically do not value their people to the point of thinking that everyone is interchangeable.

      Pros

      Good career growth, org trying to modernize, learn a lot, people are down to Earth. Stock is up and so are sales.

      Cons

      Expected to fill mutliple roles; too much work; 40% of company is in India and you can't understand them; very cheap w upgrading facilities, especially JSQ.
