The culture, the vision, the purpose.

Cons

They recently set pay bands based on skill level, and most people are not even in the one set for them. Internal progression is possible, but slow and doesnt guarantee a substantial raise of any kind.

South Windsor: mandatory overtime for underpaid associates. Senior Management 1) not visible on the floor 2) doesn't know how to grow their direct reports 3) punches out at 5pm and just doesn't care about what goes on thereafter even though it's a 24/7/365 facility

Company stays loyal once your hired.

Cons

Design management is a joke. Design manager doesn’t have a clue. Senior management doesn’t hold anyone accountable, afraid to change. Company driven by client requests and Engineering, not by user needs.
