Pros
Broadway is a great company - senior management (and everyone else!) care both about the company and the employees, which creates a great place to work and a real sense of purpose. Frequent team outings, and truly flat hierarchy, and everyone will make time to help you out. People are given a lot of autonomy in their work.
Cons
Being a very entrepreneurial company, you have to take ownership of your own career path - and so if you're not proactive, it's easy to get stuck doing the same sort of project over and over.
