Pros

I have never met a more competent group of management in a company. Great company to work for. The home/work balance is fantastic. Family comes first. Even though most companies say this, Broadway lives it. They hire some of the best people in the industry but only the ones that don't have a "chip on their shoulder". Free lunches every day, beer always in the fridge. It's like the .com's all over.... but actually having a business plan and customers.

Cons

None that I can really think of.

Pros

Smart, enthusiastic people who enjoy their work and take pride in doing it well. Flat management structure. Company leaders are extraordinarily open and fair-minded. Great sense of camaraderie. No "pigeonholing": you're constantly challenged to learn and grow without getting stuck doing one thing forever. Has the good feel of a startup without the insane work hours and with greater stability.

Cons

There aren't enough good restaurants in the Financial District. (Okay, that's hardly the fault of Broadway Technology, but I'm having a hard time coming up with any substantive complaints.)
