Large network, and lots of opportunities to grow into new roles. The culture is respectful, inclusive, and friendly. Offers a wellness program that allows for reimbursement of some purchases not included in medical benefits. Competitive Salary

Cons

Insurance options are limited, and becomes a lot more costly should you want to seek care outside of the Bronson system. The wellness program often rejects claims, and needs to be re-submitted multiple times before acceptance. Very little flexibility in schedule

Salaried and long hours without overtime, supervisor is passive aggressive and will hold things over you to guilt you to work over without being compensated. There really are not any opportunities to have a life outside of work. Very toxic workplace culture. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to get out without fear of retaliation.

Culture has declined across the whole system, particularly HR with the new executive team. No more human on the end of Human Resources.
