Really cut throat, if you don't meet targets you are up for review. Senior managers and ROMs are in an elitist timewarp. If you cant kiss up, don't even contemplate starting. Huge turnover due to lack of investment in people. They do not recognise hard work if you don't make money. Basic pay is very low, bonus scheme ridiculous - based on prior year! So if prior year wins a big contract, you have ZERO % chance of bonus and this wasnt explained until starting. QWP - what the actual hell. Wastes hundreds of thousands paying people to go and see if you are using a branded BS mug or not, or whether your top button is done up. I'm serious. Branch manager of 15 years can't manage people or difficult situations, horribly cloak and dagger environment.
