      The staff team at Brook Street are respectful of the agency workers and are very good at keeping in contact.

      Cons

      Not a 'con' as such - although Brook Street do tend to be focused on particular work sectors.

      Pros

      Great people, everyone is trying to help you. Sending you on training to the head office, paid for meals and hotels. It´s amazing opportunity to learn HR staff and account management. Get to meet clients and have your own space.

      Cons

      Very busy environment, sometimes you don´t stop through the day there is always so much staff to do. Lot of stress to take on.

      Some great people and some terrible people

      Some lovely people, always non management who are nicest.

      Cons

      Bids team managers, one who can't make a decision to save his life and the other who spends all day talking about her mundane life.... Together they are both inadequate. Management will walk all over people once they are no good to their sales figures. The validity of the business lies on the strength of one or two contracts which they will lie through the teeth to keep. Any companies accepting bids from this company should actually hold them to the claims they make and see what happens... Not the fault of bid writers who do a great job but of senior management who twist figures and make fantastic promises with no intention of delivering...
