Pros

Excellent training and support, structured approach and fantastic atmosphere across all branches. Retrospective commission structure, credits don't carry over and achievable targets. Trainers are great and 2 week course does exactly what it says on the tin

Cons

Perhaps the bedding in period for new consultants, a lot of them are not from sales backgrounds so don't have the necessary target and KPI experience. They will get there, but this is a very different job to what they have previously experienced!

Pros

Colleagues are great and friendly. If any long servers are still in employment you can get a taste of what a great company it used to be and they can be counted on (in the most) to give help and support.

Cons

I agree with previous reviewers. Members of the Senior Management team are racist, sexist and embarrassing to introduce to potential clients. This behaviour and attitude is led by the MD - Charles Ashworth who has no time for support staff, bullies people and is generally an unpleasant person to work for. HR department are powerless as the rot has set in from the top down. People are disposed of through force redundancies, which are lied about to the rest of the business. Senior management do not like part timers and will always cull them as redundancies at the first opportunity. Always cover your back with an email which you must then keep. If you are being bullied by the management keep a diary by day of everything said and done in case you need to go to tribunal. It's important to remember - you are worth so much more even if you don't think it. Salary - for the expectations it is very poor Benefits - very basic
