      Little as itsall about the right face and being a drone

      Cons

      Give sales/call targets which are pathetic and show nothing... for example you can 'pretend' you have made these calls to make up the numbers... No real time data with markets Senor management are very old school, seem to lack the ability to move forward as the market requires Very much if your face fits, do as your told - school all over again No actual reward for genuine hard workers, saw many good consultants walk due to the way the company treats people

      Some great people. Happy to spend cash on getting drunk so long as senior management are at the party Could be a great company

      weekly pay, kind employers, quick at responding to emails

      Cons

      messed up pay almost every week due to "training errors" - messed up holiday allowences, had to call up almost every week and get my pay check corrected
