I’ve worked for Brook Street for nearly 3 years and I’ve found them to be a great employer. Their training is really effective and taught me how to be a credible recruitment consultant. Managers are really supportive and help you to shape your own career. The rewards and incentives are good compared to other recruitment agencies. They definitely like to celebrate the successes of everyone in the business. The back office teams are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their specific areas, from marketing experts to HR and finance support functions. All in all, it’s a nice place to work with some great people.

I don’t really have many cons to working for Brook Street. Overall my experiences have always been very positive and I’ve enjoyed working for them.
