People were very easy to get along with, it was a comfortable office with a nice kitchen/soup and salad bar, and there was good work/life balance. I was fortunate to have extremely nice supervisors.

Cons

People can get stuck in Christian bubbles.

Supportive environment with people who really care. Steady growth in a mutual company means a very stable company (no layoffs, downsizing, or corporate mergers).

Cons

Long tenure of employees means advancement opportunities can be limited. Do great work and be patient, and things will open up

Culture - Christian niche market tends to draw service-oriented, caring people. Good campus, cafeteria, gym, fit classes, frequent office socials for retirements/birthdays, etc.

Cons

benefits are a mile wide and an inch deep. No maternity leave (although do offer "salary continuation" benefit, 3 weeks at 100%).
