Slow to change, not as competitive in salary, behind technologically, management is resistant to suggestions on continuous improvement, the expected workload is too high and out of line with industry standards. There is a lack of consistency in clams decisions from one manager to the next and training needs improvement

Certain teams and mgmt run on pettiness, you hear them complaining over the walls, very contradictory to company ideals/off-brand. Brings down morale. The same groups put on a good show for upper management and no one listens to the people who try to point it out/have someone hold them accountable. Work/life balance encouraged but criticized after the fact. Hard to know who says what they mean and means what they say.
