- Good culture at one point in time which is now gone. - Special attention by the manager on everything you do to ensure productivity aka Micro-management - Unlimited leaves but you realise the uselessness of it when your manager scoffs while approving as if you've asked for his/her daughter's hand in marriage.

Cons

- Ambassador program/Leading Lights is a golden handcuff wherein they provide you upfront with a huge amount and deduct the TDS. If you leave before the timeline you need to pay it all back including the tax which is a net loss and the amount is huge enough

They have no manpower planning. They will blindly hire people in multiple functions and one fine day ask you to leave for no reason. The managers are biased. If you want to survive in the company you need to be in their good books. Your work will not speak for you
