      Sometimes the pace of change can be a bit overwhelming for some team members. We're always pushing the boundaries of excellence, which is great for our development but if not handled correctly can lead to a burnout.

      Cons

      Lots of politics which hinders growth Best part of the company were the peers but with permanent remote it doesn't apply anymore Challenging work but very specific to browserstack and that knowledge may not apply anywhere else
