Pros

Working on the Customer Engineering team at BrowserStack is a great experience. Your coworkers are helpful, and your managers actually care about your career. Because it is a remote job, you get plenty of flexibility and a good work-life balance. You also get to travel to different states, making it a fun and rewarding job. Leadership is also growth centric towards employees.

Cons

Nothing major that comes in mind. Sometimes the fast paced work environment and product development may required quick upskilling and agile thinking which may be a con for some folks.

Pros

The team is filled with people who genuinely enjoy solving problems together. Even during complex customer situations, everyone is willing to step in and help instead of working in silos. That collaborative mindset makes the work rewarding and creates a positive atmosphere where you continue learning from experienced colleagues.

Cons

Workload tends to increase around quarter-end, and balancing multiple priorities at the same time can occasionally be challenging

Pros

One of the biggest strengths here is the amount of trust you're given. Managers focus on helping you succeed rather than micromanaging your work, and teammates are approachable whenever you need support. The remote-first culture genuinely works well, giving you flexibility without making collaboration difficult. I also appreciated the opportunities to travel for team interactions, which helped build stronger relationships despite working remotely.

Cons

The pace of product development can be demanding, so staying current with new features and adapting quickly is important.

Pros

None that I can think of. Maybe a couple decent/sticky products

Cons

Onboarding is 99% product and training reps to be Sales Engineers. Almost not focus on sales strategy. US sales team is treated like temp sub-contractors. No senior leadership or true support for US team. No sense of direction. Horrible communication. Everything that helps make a sales org go is run out of India. A customer could be begging to buy software and it can takes to get them a quote.

Pros

Great SaaS products with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. The company encourages an innovation-driven culture where employees are free to propose and work on initiatives that interest them or create value for both the business and their own development. This autonomy provides exposure to different areas of the business and helps you build a broad skill set.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging, especially when collaborating with teams across multiple time zones, as there is often an expectation to respond or close the loop quickly. Salary hikes tend to be weighted more toward the variable pay component, with relatively limited increases to the fixed/base salary. Work management and planning could also be improved, as priorities and execution are not always well organized.
