Pros
This used to be a great group of excellent and motivated engineers that created cutting-edge optical metrology tools and had customer satisfaction in mind. It was a profitable business with a small but fairly consistent growth and a positive outlook.
Cons
Upper management kept on changing "strategy" with every new quarter trying to chase higher growth rates until they pushed it too far and destroyed the business model, customer base and the engineering group. Everyone who is still working there is just trying to get out while operations is being disrupted by incompetent management. Since the latest restructuring plan was announced the group is barely functioning anymore and is rapidly deteriorating. Key players are jumping ship and moving on or are forced to leave, this will only last a little bit longer before the site in Tucson will have to close completely. Don't board this sinking ship!
