      Poor Leadership from Executive Management

      Pros

      Co-workers are trying their best with little to no communication from executive management.

      Cons

      Business is currently contracting and multiple layoffs over the past year have left morale low. No communication from executive management about the state of the business continues. Executive and senior staff with many years of experience have left the company. Core business plans are to outsource engineering (not a joke) and continue to outsource manufacturing with only "core" technology being remaining. However, some "core" IS being outsourced. With no project management at the company, project timeliness constantly slip.

      The management of Bruker is pathetic. They are arrogant and don't treat employees well. Everyone i know at my location is job hunting.

      Pros

      The people who work for Bruker are generally really smart, good people who are highly skilled at their jobs and professional in approach to executing their responsibilities.

      Cons

      The management of the company is interested only in the share price primarily because that is what their bonuses are tied to. Most senior managers do not have any appreciation for the incredible barriers they erect in front of people struggling to get their jobs done in a professional manner.
