Work from home Most management is pretty flexible Benefits are average.

Cons

no increase in pay in nearly 2 years. not even market adjustments for inflation. not much room for growth within the company no POC in leadership roles. moving targets for goals unrealistic responsibilities that seem to grow larger and change monthly. its pretty much sales with no incentive. no commission because its edu. low PTO, and no 401k

Work environment was toxic, leadership was awful, micromanaging to the maximum I think they have new management now but when I worked there it was terrible

Unorganized departments, unrealistic goals, extremely numbers driven. Would not recommend if you don't come from a strong sales background. Yes its high education, but it is all a sales number game.
