Kind people, great pay, great benefits, WFH opportunities.

Cons

Everything is based around numbers and pretty much nothing else so if you're struggling you'll probably lose your job but do well and you could work there forever!

Great coachable opportunity, great people to work with, fun company culture, WFH. Good pay.

Cons

Need to be a people person and self driven. There is high turn over in this role but the right person will thrive.
