The faculty and staff are very welcoming and supportive. Julie in recruiting, communicated very well and provided support and guidance from the offering to day one. She also followed up with me to check in on progress and support during onboarding. My direct report Zach and the leadership team have been very supportive throughout my journey here at BU. Everyone is genuinely happy and enjoys servicing students. I love the core values that BU drives daily to ensure support, success and growth within students, faculty and staff.

Cons

Everything is going well so far, I do not have any cons to provide. Every institution develops strategic plans to improve, so change is common. I feel I made a great decision to become a part of the BU.

Culture and open communication are great. Really feel I am surrounded by those with the same mindset. I am trusted to do the job I was hired to do.

Cons

The pay is fair but I look forward to mastering my current role so that my contributions will warrant an increase.
