Pros

Fully supported. Leaders always make time for you. Team spirit, Training is great. They make sure you are trained, ad support you in the learning process. Pay is good for being remote. 11 plus holiday off on top of regular time off and sick pay.

Cons

if you haven't worked remote, it takes some getting used to. However, I love working remote now.
