In my time here at BU, I have learned that the university itself values it employees as much as the students! The employees are treated fair, they are honest, dependable, they strive their hardest to make the students successful. Being an Admissions Rep, I am on the front lines, I build relationships with students, I encourage them when sometimes there is no one else to, I see their potential, I see their success and I am more than happy to cheer them on. I am proud to be an asset to the company, and I love to see lives change for the better!

Cons

I wish I had more interactions with students past the two weeks of admissions and them starting class. I would love to see their success all throughout their program.

Pros

I've been in this industry for awhile and have really enjoyed working in my new role. I'm a promoter for higher education and Bryan University ranks top on my list for a fantastic place to work along with providing a varied curriculum for anyone looking to further their education in an online platform.

Cons

I don't have any cons for choosing to work here. The interview and hiring process was seamless.
