      Some people at the company have high school mentalities and bring drama into the work place.

      There are no pros for working at Bryan

      Cons

      Bryan University IS a racist institution which does not support African American rights. They do not support equality for their employees and choose to negatively target black employees that choose to speak up. Do not work here, do not go to school here. Leadership at Bryan is racist and doesn't care about their employees.

      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      Bryan University's Leadership and the employees create a great working environment. The leadership team and overall company invests a ton of training for their middle managers and employees to become better coaches and leaders. Here are some of the Pros I have experienced. 1. Employee friendly environment 2. Great people to work with 3. Easy access to leadership and management to raise your concerns. 4. Open communication from leadership to all employees and clarity on organizational growth. 5. Friendly atmosphere and great campus to spend your break time and relax before getting back to work.

      Cons

      The location is great, but traffic can get a little tricky in the mornings and after work. The office can sometimes get either too hot or cold. But that is an easy fix.
