Pros

It's obvious when your boss and leadership care about you - and that is something Bryan University has; they care about their employees. My pay and benefits are great; my workload is appropriate and never boring; people are respectful and smile at me everyday; and the little things that make coming to work enjoyable are cultivated (like good food options, Coffee, gym and, team building areas, stand-up desks, nice facilities, great training and onboarding). They offer -tuition reimbursement after 6 months of work - Benefits Package -1 on 1 talks with supervisors each week -Great employee communication in the office I am not getting lost in the corporate shuffle and my work product is appreciated. There is opportunity for growth which is fostered and the business outlook is exciting! I look forward to growing and changing with Bryan University.

Cons

Traffic (my commute) to/from work can be a little tough, but it's worth it!

Pros

Flexibility depending on your department. Empowered to take charge of your role and pitch ideas.

Cons

Theres a huge problem with leadership. They separate themselves from the “everyday” people and are very out of touch with what makes a productive and happy place to work. Essentially they treat all of us like the worst of us- very micromanaging! Change is always enthusiastically promised but they never actually do anything. People just get bored and frustrated so they leave (Or are let go) and the new people come in in awe of all these promises of an amazing future (hence all the glowing reviews). Good place for a while, but unless you're the elite, its a not a place to foster any kind of career growth.

Pros

The management team is always striving to improve the employment experience for the employees. There is a continual effort to improve benefits and they try to be flexible when dealing with specific employee needs/situations.

Cons

It is a relatively small organization with a flat management structure, which limits the ability to move vertically within the company.
