Pros

The people are encouraging, professional and always have your back. There are three teams and I was on Steve's team and I can say that he was a fantastic supervisor. He was always clear and supportive. Bryan has a very collaborative and positive work environment that's helped me grow as an individual and professionally in the time that I spent there.

Cons

The job is in a call center environment where you make an average of 80 calls a day. You do have a goal to reach and sometimes you may not reach it. That is the nature of the job. Just know and understand the expectations and remember that you have a ton of support from your team and leaders.

Pros

It's the nicest group of people I've worked with in a very long time. Professional, goal oriented, all working toward meeting the needs of the students. Lots of fun things too like the holiday party, company picnic, give-aways, awesome Wellness program, and social gatherings with food contests, birthday celebrations, and occasional company-paid lunches. Free covered parking is especially appreciated in the summer months. Benefits are great with medical plans that include one no-cost to the employee and one that costs the employee less than $10 per pay period. Employer contribution is generous.

Cons

There is a 401k company match but I think it could be a larger percentage to keep up with other employers.

Excellent Culture

Pros

The company has great culture. Employees generally get along well and have many opportunities to socialize/bond (picnics, holiday parties, holiday-themed events, etc.). Leadership generally does not micromanage and empowers their employees. Also, there is a lack of ego at the top and a clear shared mission to constantly improve.

Cons

Being a small organization, there is a great deal of room for promotion/growth in some departments. Tuition assistance is offered for programs at the university but not to attend other schools.
