One of my favorite parts about being apart of the Bryan University family is our core values. Although, every job within the company is so diverse with a multitude of different goals/expectations- at the end of the day we come together with our values and I believe that's what brings us together and makes us a "family".

Cons

Pros

We truly have a great team at Bryan and all strive toward the same goal of helping students. Collaborative and supportive team dynamics. Flat organization so not a ton of room for mobility up the "ladder" but lots of opportunities for professional growth and development as well as the ability to influence change and innovation. Excellent benefits. Pay and time off are competitive. Amazing culture. We have lots of fun!

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning in my opinion since no company is perfect. Leadership sends out surveys frequently to gauge employee engagement and has implemented changes as a result of employee feedback. Communication has been brought up in the past and I have already noticed company initiatives to improve in this area.
