Pros

I really enjoy working at Bryan University. I have worked here for about 10 years. I have never worked somewhere where so many people truly believe in the company's mission. There are so many good people who are trying to continually improve the way education is delivered in this country. They believe they can make a huge difference and they can. It is also awesome to see a management team who really cares about their staff and want to see them succeed.

Cons

You really need to believe in the mission to be successful. Everyone is held to pretty high expectations and if you don't put in the work or want to put in the work you likely will not fit in.

They're going broke, you're just a number

Pros

The job is remote, Pay is okay.

Cons

They've been having extreme layoffs cause the money is not rolling in. I've seen someone get hired just to be fired 3 months later. They fired the whole call center cause its cheaper to hire 3rd party. They're letting all their best people go. Thank god I left when I did, and it's only going to get worse. Leads were sparse, and they expected you to convert inactive leads. Only take this position if you need some quick cash, but prepare yourself to be let go at ANY moment.
