There are a lot of great people here that want to collaborate and build cool stuff. Flexible work schedule and decent benefits.

Cons

Lack of leadership and vision. The company has depended heavily on Microsoft for previous work and projects in the past and haven't been able to break through on other products. Now it seems like there is a new strategy every week.

The company has a good and convenient location in Bellevue. It also offers free soda, free parking, There are some good people but this isn't a "high-bar" culture or work environment.

Cons

This company has a very toxic culture. Everyone is always afraid of getting fired on a whim. The HR department is the worst I have ever seen--incompetent and gossipy, Stay away. There are so many better companies to work for. I had red flags from the beginning but did not heed them and lived to regret it.
