Pros

Working with some very dedicated and loyal people with exceptional integrity for the work and their careers.

Cons

HR department creates a very negative environment. Employees are treated like scolded children in a corner and given very little, if any, positive feedback. This company is run so that there is fear for your job security on a daily basis and concur with the "toxic" environment that sucks the life out of you.

Room for internal growth. Laid back and friendly atmosphere. Weekly fruit provided. Monthly morale activity. Management has an open door policy.

Cons

Fairly stingy with tuition reimbursement. Training is rarely offered to increase existing employee skills and help existing employees advance their careers/knowledge. Hard to socialize much with coworkers because there is so much focus on utilization. People fear for their jobs if they aren't fully utilized.
