Pros

The stock hasn't been delisted, at least not yet. There are some better companies to work for and good places to eat within short walking distance.

Cons

Management is unskilled and unprofessional . The core business, Microsoft's disastrous embedded initiative, is dying. What is supposed to be the grand strategy just is a jumble of buzzwords on powerpoint with no substance behind it. Who is that supposed to fool?

Extremely nice co-worker, manager and working culture. Office is really nice as well. Work life balance is OK, flexible schedule. Overall, a great company to work for and will definitely recommend to friends.

Cons

Pay was less than competitor and career advancement is limited as well.
