Biggest bunch of hypocrites that I have ever worked with. They interview like they only want to hire people who are positive and like to collaborate and work as a team. Had maybe two departmental meeting the entire time I was there. Met with my boss, a maximum of three times in two years. Nobody in the department talked to one another and constantly gossiping behind closed doors. Work was not a priority to anyone there. Such a great company with such terrible leadership.

If you had asked me at the beginning of the year, I would've said I could see myself staying here until retirement. The only thing is, the CEO has recently mentioned implementing (enforcing?) a complete return-to-office after many years of a successful hybrid model. I don't think anything is broken by having people work some days at home, why try to fix something that is making many of your employees happy? I've seen plenty of times where leadership at BFS listens to employees - I sincerely hope this is one of the times they listen.
