No respect for free time or personal life. No acknowledgement of extra effort, no performance reviews and everyone no matter if they contributed a lot or called out sick gets the same 2% raise. Certainly not enough to keep up with inflation.

Unsafe unlit parking lots. Many employees exhibit unprofessional behavior and some employees continue to make harassing remarks and management refuses to act on complaints thus forcing good employees to leave. Tons of backstabbing between departments and between employees. New online sales system is NOT user friendly and hard to learn. Management and corporate turns a blind eye to problems and would rather pad their pockets than make this store a great place to work & shop.
