      Pros

      Management, process and professionalism. Great team to work for. Even though most designers are remote there is still the feeling of being part of a team.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits. Designers are hourly and depend heavily on overtime pay to make a decent amount of money. That makes vacations impossible for most people. Offer a top level salary to the top level players and they will stay! Health plan is weak for such a large company. They can do better.

      Great management team. Great oportunities Great benefits/perks Great people Working at Builders has been the best decision I’ve ever made. The office culture is amazing.

      Starting salary isn't so great but if you kick @ss, it'll pay off.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime. They will let you work as much as you want.

      Cons

      Mandatory 10 hour days year around. Only one 30 minute unpaid break. Old equipment many of the the forklifts are over 15 years old with over 10,000 hours on them. As of this review all the forklifts were open cabs all the work is done outside. management keeps saying new forklifts are comping this has been going on for 3 months now. Ever manger is ethier incompetent or a treats anyone below them with no respect. The yard staff and drivers are second class citizen compared to the sales staff.
