Pros

Coworkers are down to earth.

Cons

Misogony and Racism run rampant. Company lacks training and managerial support. Most of sales staff ended up walking out due to issues with commissions being withheld or paid out incorrectly. Some managers have been known to scream and swear at the employees.

- Work/Life Balance - Off most weekends/holidays - Room for advancement - Over 500 locations nationwide if you need to move

Cons

- Pay is very noncompetitive - Nepotism and cliques throughout middle and upper management - Benefits through BCBS of Texas and they don’t like to cover a lot of things - Constant revolving door of temblor which puts a strain on operations - Poor communications between departments - Management doesn’t hold people accountable
