*pay is standard for the industry *there’s always something to do, but that makes the days go by quickly *coworkers are friendly and helpful *managers don’t over-do it

*calling out last minute is viewed extremely negatively *no real training at the beginning

The schedule has a great start time. Drivers are friendly and helpful. Over time is available.
Cons
Management does not listen. Empty promises are numerous. No advancement opportunities. There is absolutely no support from upper-level Managers. Drivers are treated like nothing more than steering wheel holders.

- great pay - being as large of a supplier they are with access to product others cannot get - easier to succeed in sales with their manufacturing abilities and keeping everything in house
Cons
- no sales support - they want you to sell sell sell, but do not provide you with any help to support the business you earn - they have their favrotites and they take care of them - others don’t receive the same treatment - managers are very nonexistent - do not hire from within much (promote) - if the warehouse manager is really good at his job but wants to try sales - they will not allow so. They keep them where they are at with no opportunity to advance

The hours can be pretty up and down.

My co-workers are friendly, my managers are helpful, and the work is enjoyable. The benefits and compensation are generous. My experience working here for the past two and a half years has been great!
