Parts of management pay and amount of work for what you get oaid

Pays not great and they overload you with others work. It’s hard to move up or change positions.

Managers do no know how to manage people, poor leadership, unprofessional employees, lack of team work, favoritism, lack of positive reinforcement, no one takes accountability., You have to rely on overtime bcz the pay sucks, so no work life balance.

Low pay hard work and long hours.

Not very rewarding work or recognition for good work. I find myself with a lot of free time throughout the day and I have to actively seek out other things to do. Not as organized as you would think on the lower levels of the business. There is a lot of scrambling and the managers don't feel very accountable for their subordinates. No real training in any role. Basically a "learn as you go" philosophy but they expect you to know what you are doing extremely quickly.

Not too many, cleaner office area

Although they've add some newer technology we're still are years behind everyone else & the sales technology is too labor intensive & too wasteful as far as paper goes . Have power hungry supervisors and a manager who only cares about himself.

Pays under market value. Lacks some communication quality.
