Cons

Not good pay You have to be in good side of few guys to be promoted. There are some guys who barely work but are promoted and highly thought of because they are friends with those few guys. There is no stability.

Good work life balance, poorly ran CS department

Cons

After the recent layoffs, they’re running the CS department on fumes. Expect to be overworked, doing the job of 3 people, for the same pay. They expect you to be on the phone with clients the entirety of your work day and also somehow find time for admin work, outreach, and internal meetings and assignments. The C Suite is also wildly out of touch with their employees. Lastly, the pay disparity is INSANE. Some coaches are making upwards of 70-100k while others are getting $40-50k and they’re doing the same exact job with as much if not more experience.

There are zero reasons you should work for this company.

Cons

They won several awards for “best place to work” but it hardly is. If employees could redo it, they wouldn’t recommend. They can no longer win the award. The facade has crumbled. Company lost its sense of direction. Working conditions are not positive, how can anyone be positive? They basically are a culture of faking a smile at this point. BEWARE.
