Pros

The culture and people that you work with daily are amazing

Cons

They pay 20% less than what glassdoor suggests but try and convince you that its fair pay. Constant pressure from upper management to deliver more than you are capable of. Getting promoted to senior level or getting raises basically requires you to get a job offer from somewhere else and come back to get a slightly worse offer from Bulhorn

Hi there. Glassdoor salaries are reported by actual employees, not by Bullhorn. For the other cons/advice in your review, I'm wondering if you've actually talked to your leader or HR about these. I see you're a current employee, so make sure you bring forward your concerns- we don't want you coming to work each day feeling this negative.

Pros

So many good people. Fun and friendly. For the first year+ I was there, I would walk out of the office at days end already excited to get back in there the next morning. I learned quite a bit from both teammates and managers and its was awesome to represent a product that was truly the best in the industry.

Cons

I noticed some drop off toward the end of my time at Bullhorn. Since the move to the new HQ there were so many cutbacks or changes that may seem small by themselves, but when added together really created a feeling that the company momentum was seriously slowing. Could be general growing pains or just a funky stage we were in, but often it felt like a serious spin zone on the truth and it made me question where the company was headed. The first 18 months I worked at Bullhorn I would recommend the company without hesitation. I don't have that same confidence today.

First, thank you for the 4-star review. Our move to the new HQ doubled our footprint in Boston, which did mean changes from how we ran the office at Farnsworth; you may have interpreted these small changes to mean more than they did. We do talk about career growth a lot, and provide opportunities for Bullhorn employees to take direction of their careers: 25% of employees were promoted in 2016, and we're on pace for the same this year. Outside of actual promotions, we encourage employees to grow by finding depth in their own roles through learning and development, and the ability to help direct processes, tools and innovations.

Pros

Gaining the plethora of knowledge that comes with the intricacies of the technical questions, issues, and requests that come with the CRM

Cons

There are hard set expectations that come with a support analyst role. This can be highly stressful and times with high call volume.

Being a Tech Support Analyst at Bullhorn means you are a product guru, and I'm so glad to see all that knowledge gained as a "pro!" We know it can be a stressful job at times; thanks for all you do!
