      Pros

      Exciting and high profile projects, of all scales and types. Working with the best clients and architects with a real desire for innovation and "making a difference". Managements asks for and listens to feedback, then responds - very refreshing. An app has been introduced for feedback and discussion. Flexibility, in promoting career path, work/life balance and developing specialisms. Very good training and mentoring of junior staff. Pay and rewards are good by market standards. Inclusivity is actively promoted.

      Cons

      The same challenges as faced by any professional services firm in an uncertain world. Work can be demanding. However, rewards and job satisfaction provide balance.

      Hello Thank you for your positive comments. We do recognise that in order to be a successful business, we need to continually improve and our senior management team do welcome feedback. The purpose of our new app was to encourage all employees to have their say and we've seen some great discussions and interactions across the practice. We do understand that at times, when project deadlines approach, our people can work overtime and we greatly appreciate your hard-work and commitment when work can be demanding, In order to try and overcome this we have recently introduced a new system to improve the planning and management of our projects, which we hope will reduce working overtime.       Pros

      Business casual atmosphere, good/ intelligent people, global presence, moderately interesting projects, I.e. Same pros you will find at most engineering firms.

      Cons

      This company is as disorganized as it is dysfunctional. The turn over rate speaks for itself. I've witnessed several rounds of mass layoffs during a time of economic growth and stability! That's a sad reality for a global firm. Engineering standards are all over the place and there is a severe lack of corporate structure resulting in instability/ loss of repeat clients and above normal levels of frustration on a constant basis. In addition, there is a lack of upward mobility where promotions and raises are a rarity. The company seems to be struggling nation wide to solve crucial business practices.
