      unless You are a Partner you will never get anywhere. rules for employees are not applied to Partners

      Good place to explore career opportunities and learn new things.

      Cons

      As always, the senior management is biased to few people. Cannot ignore the office politics. And being a civil engineering firm, there are facilities that are missing. If Company doesn't love you, you just have to love your job. Working hours are defined well. You end up working really late.

      Great flexibility, a modern fresh energy. Great projects.

      Cons

      Pay progression and promotion not transparent. In large part, ability to progressr relies on ability to network within the company. Does not invest in growth of talent as well as it could.
