Pros

Good company working on some really unique and interesting projects. Leadership was good and actively working on diversity and inclusion, and the people were friendly and helpful.

Cons

It was always really busy when it was close to deadlines. It was also tedious when plans change and you have to redo work to reflect the changes, although that seems to be the norm for the industry.

Overall it's a great organized program which let's you work on lead projects, go on site visits. Orientation and other events are also scheduled my Kate and its amazing. One of best intern experiences especially for students who really want to pursue building designs as a future career.

Cons

No cons of working at BH.
