The firm works with an amazing range of clients. The staff are very supportive and collaborative across offices. There are a lot of resources to lean on for technical knowledge. The firm was one of the first engineering firms to have a Just Label and is known for doing sustainability focused design work.

Cons

The firm is investing in learning and development significantly, to support growth in the United States. Growth is not a con alone, but something to be managed carefully.
