Amazing work life balance so far, Benefits are satisfactory, Pay is a bit over average. For entry level jobs.

Cons

Pay although a bit over average has become mostly stagnant. And unfortunately as of this posting the only way to be rated to receive a raise or bonus you must be(literally) perfect in everything do so zero mistakes. ie if you work on 200000 work assignment you can not mess up or make a mistake on anyone of them. A touch un realistic but, this is a primary contention point within the non management/executive positions

Executives don’t know how to run a company

Regional management is great and solution oriented

Cons

Executive management over promises and underserves their customers and the lower level employees have to constantly sort out the mess. They have removed key personnel in HR and do not care about the well being of the employee. They used to vet new employees well and now it seems they will hire just about anyone skilled or not.
