      Pros

      I had the best manager I've ever had in my working career. They fired him shortly after me. Because of changing business needs. Was able to work from home majority of the time.

      Cons

      I was actively training the AI that would replace me. No career growth. Office felt like a funeral. Upper management lies and operates using chaos.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule, no weekend work, job benefits are decent, good experience for managing multiple projects, great stepping stone to your next career path

      Cons

      Toxic corporate management, unsafe office area, putting out multiple fires, strict KPI's, consistent connection issues, HR does not help at all, job procedures are not always clear and are constantly changing, underwhelming compensation.

      It’s a great startup company, just overall not a company I’d see myself for another year due to my excitment of new growth elsewhere.
