Pros

The work has been largely remote. The health insurance benefits are great.

Cons

The company constantly pours all of its resources into poor decision-making in business, which lowers morale and productivity among the employees who are affected by those poor decisions. I've never worked for another company with such a flimsy grasp on its own business. Attempting to take initiative and find projects and opportunities to shine as an employee and grow in the company seems impossible, because the upper echelons of management have their hands full with trying to put new projects and objectives together without improving, or in some cases even finishing, the ones that are already failing.
