Benefits are decent. Good mission.

Cons

Despite the mission of keeping kids safe, the way BusPatrol treats its people is disgraceful. They think nothing of over-hiring and then firing people as a part of their business plan, after selling them on a career-path. Leadership is inept, dishonest and nepotistic. The COO will lie and gaslight people as a matter of course. These positive reviews you see are all recently added as part of a marketing effort and are mostly fake.

Competitive health benefits For the most part, employees are kind and collaborative and care about the company and their colleagues

Cons

Business outlook is not good, I don’t see this company surviving long Executive leadership team has very inflated egos and they are not a cohesive team Poor decision making and poor communication from the top Salaries are not competitive and lower than current market Very high turnover - constant firings across entire company Employees aren’t valued Burnout happens very quickly there
