Pros

This WAS a great place to work. Keyword WAS. I was proud of the product and the way the company treated it's employees. Little by little changes in management and VP's have led to the deteriation of both. Shift premiums taken away, attendance incentives taken away and little to none in raises.

Cons

No longer sells fresh items. Everything including deli salads, produce items and bakery items all being brought in by other companies or frozen. The company has put profit ahead of employees.

Cons

Communication is non-existent Management cannot give direction because they get no direction from their leadership There is no company culture because direction is so muddled This is a company you will regret working for unless you like being lied to ke being lied to

Pros

Nice people. Very flexible schedule (can work around school, etc.), not a super hard job, good amount of breaks for hours worked

Cons

Values are slipping. brand is in an identity crisis don't even know who they are, some people are not nice, training is hit or miss, rules aren't always followed
